The DISC Behavioral Profile/Assessments are one of the most beneficial employer services to aid in communications across your team. DISC is a self-assessment tool based on the research & theory of psychologist William Marston. Everyone is a mix of the D-I-S- or C behavioral tendencies however typically one or two are stronger. It is an insightful and fun way to bring awareness to a persons strengths, challenges, opportunities for improvement and areas to work on. Individuals who complete the Maxwell DISC Assessment are then provided a customized ~30 page written report based on their responses which outline the results as well as a personalized outbriefing or training. Live2Lead is an expert leadership speaker forum organized by the Maxwell Leadership Team and held annually on-site and via simulcast–as well as available for in-person, on-site trainings–between October and February each year.
