*DISC PROFILE ASSESSMENTS

The DISC Behavioral Profile/Assessments are one of the most beneficial employer services to aid in communications across your team. DISC is a self-assessment tool based on the research & theory of psychologist William Marston. Everyone is a mix of the D-I-S- or C behavioral tendencies however typically one or two are stronger. It is an insightful and fun way to bring awareness to a persons strengths, challenges, opportunities for improvement and areas to work on. Individuals who complete the Maxwell DISC Assessment are then provided a customized ~30 page written report based on their responses which outline the results as well as a personalized outbriefing or training. The Leadership Game is a fun, interactive way to maximize your team’s potential and increase organizational effectiveness! Play this game with your team’s most influential leaders to bring about positive change through communication and connection. Live2Lead is an expert leadership speaker forum organized by the Maxwell Leadership Team and held annually on-site and via simulcast–as well as available for in-person, on-site trainings–between October and February each year. This is a leader development experience designed to equip attendees with new perspectives, practical tools and key takeaways.
